The first short story competition in twitter of the Instituto Cervantes of Manila will be celebrated on the Dia de libro 2012. It aims to discover literary talents in spanish , as well as to promote the interest of Spanish and Spanish American culture and the application of new technologies. The Short Story is a new and easy way to explain the history, that was achieved during the last years.
