1598-1898: Three Hundred Years of Philippine Maps

A unique exhibit that brings us closer to Filipino history through more than 100 antique maps of the Philippine Islands and Manila Bay. One of the most important maps of Philippine and Spanish history, Murillo Velarde's "Carta Hydrographica de las Islas Filipinas", will be featured in this exhibit organized by the Philippine Map Collectors Society (PHIMCOS) and the Embassy of Spain.
