Instructions for Enrollment

Terms and Conditions

The enrollment is binding. The same value will not be refunded once the course has started. Reimbursements for unattended classes are not permitted. The Instituto Cervantes reserves the right to cancel the opening of courses when it fails to reach the minimum number of students required to conduct the class, or by force majeure circumstances. In both cases, payments will be refunded in full amount. We do not entertain changes in levels, time or day requested by the student.  Instituto Cervantes implements deadlines for enrollment.  Late enrollees will not be entertained.  All courses conducted in the institution require a minimum number of ten (10) students.

Discounts and Benefits

For the details and information, please consult the administration flyers.  If the student possesses one or more of the requirements that enables him/her to acquire a discounted rate on tuition fees, he/she will have to inform the registrar regarding the matter. The maximum applicable discount is 25%.
