Lending

Available to library members and currently enrolled students of Instituto Cervantes in Manila.  Borrowing includes the whole collection, both bibliographical and audiovisual. Some items may not be included and may only be consulted within library premises (such as reference works or books that are fragile or valuable in nature). Videos can be borrowed for one week, and the rest of materials for two weeks. 

Library Card

Students of Instituto Cervantes: Free

Library Members: Php 800.00 per year.

Students and Senior Citizens: Php 500.00 per year.

Renewals

Loans are renewed once for every same period, provided that there are no prior reservations. Unrenewed reserved documents and expired loans, for reasons of demand, should be set in the library.

Reservations

Reservations of works that are on loan by other users will be accepted. The maximum number of reservations would be three documents. Reservations can be done in the library.  The library is not responsible for advising one the reserved item is available.

Fines 

The loss or damage of an item on loan implies its subsequent replacement or the payment of the amount established by the library.
