Our resources, being constantly updated and intended to offer a complete bibliographical and audiovisual collection capable to give an accurate and up-to-date image of Spain and the Hispanic world, gather today more than 20.000 items, mainly focusing on General Reference, Spanish as a foreign language, Literary history and criticism, Literature (Prose, Poetry and Theater), Arts and History, Society, etc. They are distributed into the following sections:
1. Reference: Includes encyclopedias, dictionaries, repertoires and the like, for specific consultation or general information on a particular subject.
2. General collection: Mostly devoted to the Humanities, it provides the reader with an ample selection of the Spanish history, literature, etc.
3. Spanish as a foreign language (E/LE): Specifically intended to serve both the teachers and students of Spanish, it comprises more than 3500 titles.
4. Filipiniana: Provided to offer the most important books on the historical, cultural and present relations between Spain and the Philippines, it keeps many titles hard to be found in any other similar collections, and includes the most recent Spanish researches and publications on the topic. It has more than 1400 titles.
5. Periodicals: With 150 titles, varying from the magazines and weekly gazettes to the specialized publications.
Having more than 3500 items, it comprises both videos and musical CDs. The videos (about 2000, in VHS) include a complete collection of documentaries and cultural programs on Spain's life and culture (Colección RTVE), as well as a wide selection of Spanish and Latin American films and movies, many of them with English subtitles. Currently it is being renovated on the DVD format with over 700 titles. The CDs provide the user with all kinds of music from the Hispanic world, from classical music to the popular artists today, from flamenco to pop and tropical rhythms. Bases de datos

The Bibliography of Spanish Literature Since 1980 is the most complete and only bibliography about current Spanish literature. There are bibliographical references about books, editions, translations of originals and studies about them, which have appeared since 1989 in books or in periodic publications, tributes, actas de congresos, misceláneas, etc.; published in Spain or abroad.
There is information about Spanish Literature and Spanish writers from the Middle Ages to the present day. It includes Spanish, Latin American and Philipino writers prior to the independence of their respective countries.
A database of over 1,400,000 references from over 3,000 magazines about literature, modern languages, linguistics and folklore, from the Modern Language Association of America. The information is from 1963.
A database of over 215,000 bibliographical entries which give access to information about over 80,000 periodical publications in over 200 different countries and about a wide range of topics, since 1870. It includes a directory of over 83,000 publishers and 23,000 web addresses of interest.
